Garden marquee wedding in Suffolk with an epic party

With peak wedding season over for 2021, I thought I’d take the time to start blogging some of my work from this year. First up I am sharing Emily and Jed’s beautiful wedding and blessing. The couple legally tied the knot in May when at the time they couldn’t have the larger party because of covid restrictions. I was honoured to still be a part of their smaller wedding in some way by capturing their couple photos after their ceremony. It was fair to say the weather really wasn’t on our side that day, with our umbrellas being blown inside out and rain pouring but it just goes to show what you can achieve photo-wise in those weather conditions.

Fast forward to September 2021 and their wedding celebration in Emily’s parents’ garden was full steam ahead. Emily and Jed had an amazing team of suppliers on their wedding day and overseeing it all were Tori, Caroline and Harriet from The Wedding Planners. Having known The Wedding Planners for years and worked on lots of projects with them it was finally our first wedding together, and what a wedding it was!

From a beautiful celebrant blessing led by Bridget, courtyard drinks reception, golden hour couple photos, and incredible live music that quite literally got the guests dancing on their chairs, it definitely was a wedding to remember.
