Thinking about what comes next on your wedding photography journey with me as your wedding photographer? Here is a timeline of events from your initial consultation all the way to creating your wedding album after your wedding and everything in between!
consultation
This is the perfect opportunity for me to answer any further questions you may have, discuss your special day and go through how I work. Of course, this is also an opportunity for a nice cuppa too. I want to get to know you and your story and importantly ensure we’re a good fit for each other. Currently, all consultations take place via video/phone call. Get in touch to book yours.
securing your date
If you think my style of photography would suit your wedding then the next step would be securing your date. To secure your date I require a digital contract to be signed and a £450 non-refundable booking fee to be paid. Once both these are done you can happily tick ‘Photographer booked’ off your wedding to-do list!
engagement session
If you have an engagement session in your collection you can book in at any time once your wedding date is secured. I would suggest doing the session at least 2 months before your wedding. Before your engagement session, take a look at this blog post filled with lots of tips and ideas.
between now and your wedding
I am regularly posting on Instagram and Facebook chatting about my latest work and sharing helpful tips. Also, should you need help with finding wedding vendors I am always more than happy to recommend lovely people I have been lucky enough to work
one month before your wedding
There are a couple of documents that I ask for one month before and they are the timeline and the photo list. If you need any help putting these together I’d happily help. As well as these documents I also ask for the final payment to be made.
your wedding day
Your special day finally arrives (quicker than you imagined) and all the planning would have come together. Love every second of it, I will be documenting your beautiful day as it unfolds.
after your wedding
After your wedding I will share a preview of your wedding so you can see some of your beautiful photos before you receive your full gallery. 4-6 weeks after your big day you’ll receive a special email with a link to your wedding gallery.
albums
If you opted for an album, I will create an album design within 3 weeks after receiving your photo choices. After 1-2 revisions I will send the design off to my album makers and about 4-6 weeks after this you should have your album. There is nothing nicer than getting out the album in years to come and holding it in your hands.
