The Compasses at Pattiswick wedding photographer
The Compasses at Pattiswick is one of my favourite Essex wedding venues and I always enjoy photographing there. Surrounded by beautiful countryside and idyllic country lanes the location certainly makes for some lovely photography opportunities.
One of the best things about the Compasses is the team behind the venue, the staff are so kind, friendly and always go out of their way to please couples that book here. They are very deserving of the ‘The Best Wedding Event Team’ award they received in the ‘Essex Wedding Awards 2020’.
I am truly honoured to be a recommended wedding photographer of The Compasses at Pattiswick and I always love photographing here. If you are planning your Compasses wedding and you feel my style of photography would be a good fit for your wedding day I’d love to hear from you.
Kind words from Compasses couples
We feel so blessed to have come across Gemma when we were on our mindboggling search for a Wedding photographer!
From the point of first contact to our big day in October..and beyond.. Gemma has been fabulous! My husband isn’t very comfortable infront of the camera, especially for ”posed’ shots usually but Gemma made him feel at ease during our engagement shoot and on our wedding day which resulted in the most beautiful, natural photos showing genuine love and happiness.
We have had so many compliments on our photos and would recommend Gemma to anyone who wants beautiful, romantic shots that will be cherished forever.
Gemma did a fantastic job at our wedding. She was friendly and enthusiastic, a pleasure to work with right from the moment we first got in touch with her.
The photos are brilliant and we can’t recommend her highly enough to anyone looking for a great photographer!
Gemma was without a doubt the exact kind of person we wanted to share our day with.
Sad circumstances made our day more emotional and loving than we ever imagined and now thank you to Gemma’s keen eye, we have the most beautiful photos to cherish with someone sadly no longer with us. She was so understanding of matters going on and did all she could to assist in helping. Nothing was too much to ask of Gemma and she was so genuinely excited for our big day. From getting ready in the morning to dance floor antics, Gemma was there and there isn’t anyone I would have felt more comfortable with capturing our day.
It’s one of the biggest jobs picking your photographer and giving them the responsibility to snap those moments you’ve been dreaming of, and even more to capture the moments in between.
